2. Return After Delivery Completion

Once the delivery is completed and the delivery personnel leaves, return requests will not be accepted.

3. Exception – Major Product Defect
English:
A return may be accepted only if the product is seriously defective, damaged, or unusable.

পণ্যটি যদি অত্যন্ত খারাপ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ব্যবহার অনুপযোগী হয়, শুধুমাত্র সে ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হতে পারে।

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
English:
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must check the product before making payment. If accepted, payment must be completed immediately. No return will be accepted after payment.

5. Online / Prepaid Payment Orders

For online payment orders, if any issue is found, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery personnel.

অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের হাতেই সঙ্গে সঙ্গে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে।

6. Return Request Time Limit
English:
If a customer is not satisfied for valid reasons, a return request must be submitted within 12 to 24 hours of delivery. In special cases, a maximum of 1 to 3 days may be allowed.

বৈধ কারণে গ্রাহক পণ্যে সন্তুষ্ট না হলে ডেলিভারির ১২–২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট সাবমিট করতে হবে। বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ ১–৩ দিন পর্যন্ত অনুমতি দেওয়া হতে পারে।
